Caregiver Conferences - December 9th and 10th

Caregiver Conferences provide an essential opportunity to strengthen our partnership. These meetings allow us to share your students’ progress, celebrate strengths, and work together to identify supports that will help your student be successful and confident at Medford High School. 

Caregiver Conference Logistics: 

December 9th, 6-8PM: All teachers/all subjects will be available in person and will be located in cafeteria 3 and the gym. Please enter through the Community School entrance. 

December 10th, 12:30-2:30PM: All teachers are offering virtual conferences scheduled for 10 minute increments. See logistics below. 

Important Information:

• Conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, December 9th from 6-8pm in the gym and cafeteria 3 (all teachers/all subjects); and also on Wednesday, December 10th, from 12:30- 2:30 (virtually- 10 minute increments)
• Conferences on December 10th are scheduled for 10 minutes as they are intended to be a quick check-in with your student’s teacher. If you would like to schedule a meeting to further discuss your student’s progress, please contact your student’s School Counselor and/or Assistant Principal. 
• Schedule a virtual conference using SignUp Genius- refer to this document to schedule a virtual appointment for December 10th.
