Destruction of Medford High School Records
All academic folders from Medford High School’s Class of 2017, Class of 2018 and Class of 2019 can be picked up on the following dates:
- July 8 - 10
- July 15 - 17
- July 22 - 24
- July 29 - 31
Any former students interested in obtaining their academic folder may do so on these dates in the first floor MHS Counseling office. If a student does not respond to this notice, the school district will assume consent to destroy the entire record (except for Final Transcript) on August 8th, 2025. Please be sure to bring a picture ID.
