Directed by Brittani Lanzilli, Peak Performance Summer Strength and Conditioning is a 7-week high-intensity workout program designed to make you stronger, faster, and more powerful in order to optimize performance. Full-time or drop-in options are available.

Where: Edgerly Field and Medford High School Fitness Center

When: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM from June 27th - August 24th. 7 weeks/14 sessions.

Age Group: Middle and High School Athletes

Full time: $280 ($20 a session)

Drop in: $25 a session
